Ask them to fix it or threaten to change banks. Opera has a cool trick that it can report a different useragent, so if the web site is just being anal it might work (press F12 in opera)
This is one of the three reasons I left Postbank. (the other two were that they closed the Linwood branch, and that despite being a customer since age 5 they refused to give me a decent mortgage rate.)
