If you have have Mandrake Linux Installed and you have a question regarding the distro or software included in it then they have mailing lists that can be quite usefull. This is in addition to the support you can get through the CLUG list of course...
I think RedHat has something similar but I believe you have to pay for it through product activation or some such but I may be wrong. RedHat users feel free to point to the lists for RedHat users/testers.
