Good on you, I have had a few run-ins with Insite / now Renaissance recentley mostley to do with the Creative product line. They seem to have the view that they are just gods gift to the computer industry, seeing how they are in bed with the devil I can now see why. Needles to say I will be contacting Creative to complain about Renaissance and their service attatude. We on the other hand have no problem at all selling systems without a o/s or even without at video card, floppy drive and hard drive if so requested. I guess you could call us a linux friendley computer shop either that or the old saying of the "customer is always right" lives well here.
