I have now spoken to both heads of both the Maths and the Computer Science departments.
My boss the head of the IT dept has also agreed to the same arrangement as last time for internet bandwidth. My apologies for taking so long, I have had many other things on my plate. We now seem to be all go for 8th or the 15th of March. After some thought I think the 15th is probably the best, (the more time the better) sooooo... Unless there are any objections I will start making arrangements for Sat 15th March and I will also arrange one of the rooms that we used last time for relatively secure storage and setup. Chris mentioned trying to get the cafe going for that day and I will also look into it (no promises tho') So if you have any problems with this speak now or forever hold your peace. ;-) (although I have copied this to the Linux-list we should probably try to keep discussion to the installfest list.
