So, Nick and Volker, are you saying that if I install Gentoo or SuSe, I get Ardour installed too?
Can I do that as straight from the install CD, or do I still need to "compile" it somehow? Maybe install from source and compile as it goes? Really sorry if this is a dumb qn, as you can see, I really don't understand.
