Via's small form factor, the Falcon has a small power supply and a small form 
factor board but you get the chip with it :-( VIA may sell the power supply 
seperately, failing that why not vandalise an old laptop?

Via are also looking at fanless, hard driveless options as well. Their site is 
worth checking out. As for Sky and tuners, there is a hack which allows a 
certain chipset in a video card to receive sky for free.
