What say we go for something around the middle of the year.(June-July)
Because this is mid-winter I might see if we can get the Shelley Common-Room as this means we can stay inside. The atrium of the Computer science building might be a bit nippy in the middle of winter.
However as this is Students Association territory we will need some UCSA members (i.e. students) to help make this booking (I am not one of these I am a staff member).
I believe that the ACM is a registered UCSA club that could make bookings in the Shelley (or even one of the other common-rooms but in those there may be networking prob's)
What do you think?
