I have installed exim (on Debian Woody). I am pleased to be able to send
messages between accounts, and from accounts out to the Real World(tm). I
notice that I now have an smtp port open on the box. I don't want to
receive SMTP from the Real World(tm), I use a local email client to get
mail with POP and IMAP. Should I tweak exim's settings (and where?), or
just turn off the SMTP handler in inetd.conf?

Thanks,

Andy
