The installation-support is restricted to very few cases. I think mostly it is better posting a query on this list than using the support.The cost for the official box of either is in the order of NZ$200. The box includes 2 large printed manuals, and 3 months free installation support.
Of course, all this info is readily available at suse.com, so I don't quite understand why people keep on posting what they think they've heard may have been said is possibly included in the maybe there is a box.
Sometimes the obvious is not as obvious as it seems.
