So its $165 for a new one. The kyocera was supposed to have a "Super long life drum unit" which wasn't changed with the toner... Rather like Brother faxes and OKI LED lasers. At those costs just for toner - I'd be replacing the kyocera with something cheaper... Depending totally on your requirements, even an inkjet might be cheaper. Do you know how many pages you got out of that toner?
