Is there a program or script to convert a long url in the form like:

http%3A%2F%2Fvp.video.google.com%2Fvideoplayback%3Fid%3De1a92ae5b51ee83d%26begin%3D0%26len%3D9466%26itag%3Dw320%26docid%3D4892395078512525420%26urlcreated%3D1125357439%26sigh%3Ddbk0hWB6qa4qknLW1XxxnFSxDLI

to something like:

http://vp.video.google.com/videoplayback?id=e1a92ae5b51ee83d&begin=0&len=9466&itag=w320&docid=4892395078512525420&urlcreated=1125357439&sigh=dbk0hWB6qa4qknLW1XxxnFSxDLI

In other words all th %XX codes need to be translated to their proper
ascii equivalents.

Sorry there are probably proper names for these encoding techniques. I
translated the one above manually using an ascii table, but clearly that
is not viable in a program or script.

I don't mind what language it is in, as long as it can accept input on
stdin and output to stdout.

Cheers folks.
