I apologise for top posting... and HTML e-mail. If someone can tell me how
to turn them off in Outlook please do come forward.

For my PC at home I've removed and covered over the buttons up that relate
to power and restart so that someone has to pull off the front of the
computer. It's not doable with all PC covers though.

Never try to do in software that which can be effectively achieved with
