Oops, silly me.

Yep. Trouble of course is, the updates collection is outdated by the
time you look the door behind you at night... And it's not specific to
$distro.

Presumably the centre doesn't want to run a download service. That
leaves us with more or less 2 choices:

a) keep the head in the sand

b) Find people who say take one distro each and create an ISO of its
updates for the library, say once a month. Being 1 month out of date is
still better than 6 or 10 months.
