Just my 2ยข.. http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/ or here<http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/> Pretty interesting.. you can choose whatever image you like, or if the version is up to date you can pick from a long list of distributions: Linux, free dos, etc. Doesn't format the stick just copies image onto it, the formats I've tried fat16/32 seem to work fine. i normally just "mkfs.vfat -f 16 /dev/sda?" and run it, works great for netbooks.
