M$ doesn't have a true VPN, they have a VN.  It uses their usual
kindergarden cryptography (i.e., rot-13).

However, as long as the M$ box is located behind the FreeS/WAN gateway,
traffic leaving the gateway for the other private network will be
encrypted.
