The article header simply says, "SuSE 8.0 arrives without StarOffice."
In the second paragraph it mentions that SsSE "...decided against
including SO 6.0 after Sun began charging fees for the software."

Saying "...ships without StarOffice" and "...decided against including
StarOffice 6.0," are not one and the same thing.  That's my point.
