Yep and running an open relay is the same as saying Welcome spammers.... a CEO of a company told the IT dept to open up the internet connected exchange box so he could send email from his home account and in less than an hour spammers had bounced about 7000 messages off the box. Putting it into the ORBS list and basically prompting dirty messages from their ISP. You could always specify your local sendmail but I would go with your ISP's SMTP relay. -- James McDonald Systems Engineer Public key (824785B3) available at http://www.keyserver.net/ _______________________________________________ Linux-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe/Suspend/Etc -> http://www.linux-sxs.org/mailman/listinfo/linux-users
