Tech Evangelism bugs are entered when a website does things contrary to the 
W3C that limit the browsers that can access the site. The Yahoo site doesn't 
work not because Mozilla is broken, but because it's coded to IE. At least 
AFAICT (I don't know enough about javascript to know for sure, just going by 
comments in the bug). There are volunteers that are part of the Mozilla team 
that just work on the TE bugs.
