Looks to me like 714Mb will fit on a 700Mb CD.  Be careful when dealing
with Mb as multiples of 1,000,000 or 1,024,000.

BTW, if the md5sum is correct, then you have a good iso.  If you have a
good iso, it will burn onto a 700Mb CD with 2% room to spare.  I have 24
March 2003 burned to a 700Mb disk OK.
