Folks, I'm running a many-boot system on a laptop (trying different flavors to compare them) with RedHat 7.2, SuSE 7.3, LFS and recently Gentoo. I installed the gentoo onto a xfs partition, to test the file system type. When I try to mount this in RedHat, LFS or SuSE systems they tell me that the fs type is not supported in the kernel. But when I go to menuconfig to set the kernel to facilitate xfs it isn't listed as an option under file systems.
Could some kind soul point me to where I can turn xfs on in my kernel? Thanks in advance. In Harmony's Way, and In A Chord, Tom :-}) Thomas A.
