I have an ATHLON 1700 XP and a ECS K7SEM board. So, sometimes the system suddenly crashes.

Care to elaborate? How does it crash? Is it easily reproducable? Did this suddenly start happening for no apparent reason, or did yuo make software/hardware changes?
