We use Sangoma cards. They work on Linux and FreeBSD, and their support has been excellent. Cyclades screwed me thoroughly, shipping cards that wouldn't work with the Linux kernel we were running even though I was very specific about that, then charging a 15% restocking fee when the cards didn't work.
