I received mine about 44 hours after I received the "Thank You" email. The website said it usually takes a day; but at $11.11, I'm sure they're swamped. I also bought the Handheld PC (WinCE) version. I haven't installed it yet; but the website states that no conversion is necessary to use files on both the desktop and PDA, which means you don't have to sync before sending someone a file.
