To all those who replied to my email on video capture on linux, many thanks.
I have been to sites recommended and downloaded a HEAP of hopefully relevant
software. I had bought an Nvidia TNT M64 with TV in/TV out and I think this
will work with the video4linux compiled in the kernel. I have both windows
and now linux software and will eventually write a SxS on this aspect, as
soon as I have had success with what i am doing; capturing from a vhs player
and recording back as a cd-r/vcd format.
There maybe other questions or complete silence........................ <grin>
