NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth1: transmit timed out

NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth1: transmit timed out
eth1: Tx timed out, cable problem? TSR=0x16, ISR=0x0, t=21.  

I recently installed a second NIC on this machine. All seems to be working
fine but I get these messages in my log file. I haven't a clue.
Any insight appreciated.
