Yeah, but they are good at it. I was always happy with the support I got
from IBM. It may have been expensive, but they fixed the problems and they
did it quickly, compared with everyone else we dealt with. IBM sells
hardware and support, always has. Everything else they sell (like OS) is
an add-on.
