To find the correct package to install libNoVersion.so.1
cd to the directory you have all your rpms in and run the following
rpm -qp --queryformat "%16{NAME}\t%10{PROVIDES}\n" *.rpm | \grep
libNoVersion.so.1
This will list the package that has the lib you need.
