I grabbed all the RPM's on this page: http://skyblade.homeip.net/xine/XINE-0.9.6/i686.RPMs/ and installed them. I was just playing around with it again and clicked the d4d button and the the play button and I'm now watching... ermm... "Babar", a children's DVD from a box of breakfast cerial because it's the only dvd in the house (not for long though!) <g> Anyway, I think Xine works quite a bit better than Ogle did, much smoother playback and switching back and forth from fullscreen is a snap even at 1280x1024. Wow, I had no idea it would be that simple to get DVD's playing :o) /me happy camper -- Myles Green Calgary AB Canada Alberta Linux Step by Step Mirror: http://www.telusplanet.net/public/mylesg/ _______________________________________________ Linux-users mailing list Archives, Digests, etc at http://linux.nf/mailman/listinfo/linux-users
