May I begin by apologizing for the cross post of this email. I know that several of you subscribe to both lists, as I do, and become annoyed with the wasted bandwidth. I would not deem this action necessary if I did not believe this to be a truely important issue. Now, to the point: Have any of you taken a look at our friend Dep's column of late? This is one of those times where doing ones civic duty might actually mean something. No matter what your position is (agree, disagree, don't care), please take the time to file a comment with the DoJ.
