Hi Guys, Any clues on how to recreate /dev/null in Caldera OL. I was trying out QMail which exploded when I tried to reboot, wanted to see if the daemons started ok etc, now I can't get to init 3 and the kernel complains that it can't open /dev/null. It appears that the install script for QMail replaced it, and caused my 2.4.13 kernel to hang hard. Only 2.4.2 seems to get me to init 1.
Any ideas? Stayler _______________________________________________ Linux-users mailing list Archives, Digests, etc at http://linux.nf/mailman/listinfo/linux-users
