I've been eying the ATI 7000 but wasn't quite sure if it would work on linux. 
Guess now I have no excuse. Heck the last new card I got (ATI Rage Fury Pro 
32Meg AGP) I had to run it as VESA while I waited for it to be supported 
under Xfree86. I was hoping to buy a Matrox G400, but no one here stocks it:(
