Your mail client should be able to handle automatic email downloads for you. If you are using KMail as your client; Click on the drop down menu Settings --> Configure KMail A dialogue window should open, choose Accounts in the left hand menu. Select the receiving tab, and highlight the incoming account, and click on the Modify button. A further dialogue box should appear.
