Hi All,

Bush Inn Tavern. =Right= on the north-east corner of Riccarton Road and
Waimairi Road in Upper Riccarton. Massive parking lot behind it.

6pm sound good to one and all?

They serve meals there. Plus there's a Subway, a gourmet pizza
restaurant, and a few Asian restaurants near by. There is also a cafe
or two in the Bush Inn Shopping Centre itself.

Just got off the phone with "BIT". (What could be more auspicious?)
They will be open and can easily accommodate a group of us. There's
nothing overwhelming going on there for Saint Patrick's Day.

Do we all know each other by face? If not, and no one has a Tux poster,
I can bring along that 25cm tall penguin radio as a signpost.

Just visited their website... Power lines down. Closed until further
notice. (And =right= near the CBD.)

For those coming from the south-east, I noticed Brougham (AKA South Ring
Road, AKA Highway 73) was pretty congested. Found that going via
Beckenham, Somerfield, and Hilmorton was better - and an exercise in
navigation.
