I purchased a Draytek Vigour 2710e and it refused to connect with ADSL. According to the ISP my copper line was was one of the noisiest they had encountered in an urban area
The Draytek has been deployed around friends and relatives with no problems, so it must have been a line noise issue. I have been forced the rely on an early vanilla Dick Smith ADSL modem that I brought second hand from Nick Rout. I am in a Chorus area for fibre roll-out. On the Chorus web site the deployment map puts me in a "we will get around to you eventually" area.
