Well, in the spirit of the above posts I'd say Roy, forget a moment about the IT part of this project, take two steps back and then: 1. put on paper what they want and how they want it at the school 2. count the money in their budget for this project Then pick and chose from all the offers you have on this list and off it and select the one that best fits their needs and budget. The paper part will save everybody time, money, energy and sweat.
