Yes, it took several years but these characters are in (and also
approved by ISO for ISO 10646-2), along with several others used by SNI,
TVI, IBM, Wyse, and other terminals. See the Unicode section of:

  http://www.columbia.edu/kermit/standards.html

Of course Unicode 3.2 also contains lots of other characters interesting
for terminal emulation and character-cell graphics; the TeX-like brace
and bracket pieces, summation top and bottom, and so forth (also used by
VT terminals), and even a Return/Enter key symbol.
