Trying to test higher jpeg quality with uvccapture on a Logitech Pro 5000. I haven't got time to look much at the code yet, but maybe someone knows the answer anyway (from other posts on the lists, I do believe the camera should support YUV capture?).
Things work fine when not using YUV capture ./bin/uvccapture -v -q100 Using videodevice: /dev/video0 Saving images to: snap.jpg Image size: 320x240 Taking snapshot every 0 seconds Taking images using mmap Unable to set format: 22. Init v4L2 failed !! exit fatal ./bin/uvccapture -m -v Using videodevice: /dev/video0 Saving images to: snap.jpg Image size: 320x240 Taking snapshot every 0 seconds Taking images using mmap Unable to set format: 22. Init v4L2 failed !! exit fatal ./bin/uvccapture -v Using videodevice: /dev/video0 Saving images to: snap.jpg Image size: 320x240 Taking snapshot every 0 seconds Taking images using mmap Resetting camera settings Camera brightness level is 127 Camera contrast level is 32 Camera saturation level is 32 Camera gain level is 0 Saving image to: snap.jpg Regards, Terje _______________________________________________ Linux-uvc-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.berlios.de/mailman/listinfo/linux-uvc-devel
