The driver works. Michael Spiceland reading this list gave me the hint
to try it with guvcview.

The problem was that ekiga, mplayer, and xawtv all have bug, as I
learned from your mail.
Ekiga has no Bug but It needs a special plugin for the V4L2 architecture.

Everything runs fine now.
