Sounds familiar. My Microsoft cam does exactly the same (hanging at dequeue) when accessed from two threads. Maybe it's just bad timing? Only replugging helps to bring it back into life. Hopefully I find some time during weekend to debug/trace the issue as Laurent suggested.
