Could you please send me the output of

lsusb -v -d 0471:2034

with usbutils 0.72 or newer (0.73+ preferred) ? I would also like to get a 
copy of the messages printed by the uvcvideo driver to the kernel log (you 
can retrieve the content of the kernel log with the dmesg command).
