Let's gather our courage, there's work to do... First of all, your camera hasn't been officially tested yet. While it should in theory work as it advertises UVC compatibility, I'm in a good position to know that most webcams are buggy. It isn't possible to know if the problem is specific to your system or common to all webcams of that particular model. Could you please send me the output of lsusb -v -d 041e:4065 (using usbutils 0.72 or newer, 0.73+ is preferred) ? Next, cheese + libv4l introduce many layers between the screen and the driver, increasing the risk of bugs. Could you please test your camera with luvcview (in MJPEG and/or YUV, depending on what your camera supports) ?
