I'm afraid this is a bug in your webcam :-/ There's not much I can do about 
it. Various workarounds have been proposed so far (there are a few patches in 
the mailing list archive - google for "uvc reset patch") but none of them 
have been proved to work for a significant number of users without making the 
situation worse for others.
