Do you happen to know if the frames coming from both cameras are
synchronized?

The reason I ask this is that, if you use the cameras on a robot and
you're trying to extract depth information from the two images and the
robot is moving, having two unsynchronized images is pretty much useless.

However, if they are synchronized, this would make a nice low cost
robotic stereoscopic vision system...
