The uvcvideo driver only supports devices compatible with the USB Video Class (UVC) specification. Your camera isn't UVC compatible, so it will not be supported by the uvcvideo driver. Your best bet is to check the gspca driver and contact its developers. The driver supports many different webcam models, and the developers seem quite active.
