You've probably read my last mail too fast. Mauro, the v4l-dvb maintainer, committed a patch to fix this issue. I haven't. Try the official v4l-dvb tree (http://linuxtv.org/hg/v4l-dvb). The patch will make it to my tree the next time I synchronize it with v4l-dvb.
