Creative Labs (and other webcam vendors) are known to sell different products
under the same name, or sometimes sell the same product under different names.

A description of your problem would help. Make sure to include a complete
description of what you do, what you would have expected to happen and what
happened instead. Copy the complete and exact error messages printed by
applications, as well as the messages printed by the driver to the kernel log
(the kernel log can be read using the dmesg command).

If possible use luvcview for testing, which is the most widely used UVC webcam
test application. This would help concentrating on lower-level problems
(kernel driver, udev, ...) first, then we'll tackle problems related to
specific applications.

The lsusb output would have been under the 40kB limit if your mail had been
plain text only :-)
