Hi,
Please try guvcview or cheese, any one of these support frame capture
to jpeg files.
In the case of guvcview you can capture individual frames
automatically every x seconds.
If you need to capture 30 frames per second then individual frames is
not a good idea, it's better to capture a video stream, and convert
the frames to jpeg latter.
