Hi Marek, We have one fix in Rx reorder logic and have handled dev_alloc_skb failure by resubmitting the urbs. Could you please test attached experimental patches?

Code hacks are attached. I am checking your hacks. The reason for huge rx_pending count is we might have missed to decrement the count at some place.
