You need to reconfigure for the new card. You also probably need a new driver.
Check to see if caos has an ascii interface. You can't use the X one right now
:).

I don't know if there are differences, but there certainly must be a text
method to use their admintool, caos. I've only used Caldera once or twice, but
it was pretty simple.

Mount the Caldera Cd and then look for hte file.

find /cdrom -name "*3Dfx*"

I'd presume hand rpm stuff would remain the same, once you find the right rpm.
