boot from cdrom as:

boot cdrom -s
mkdir /mnt
mount /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 /mnt
cd /mnt/etc
fix the shadow file by manually typing in the basic entries

sync the disk and reboot

you should be able to fix the other entries from here using pwconv.
